The Mentoring Program
The ERI Mentoring Program helps newcomers to the field of countereavesdropping to develop a knowledge of how to conduct themselves in business relationships and operational situations.
A ERI mentor will review a new practitioner's knowledgability, instrumentation and methods and make any suggestions that appear to be appropriate.
Then, the mentor will assist him/her as he begins to conduct his first inspections. The mentor will always act as an assistant to the newcomer when in the presence of the client. In that way the practitioner/client relationship will be maintained by the newcomer and the mentor will be able to fade gracefully from the scene as the newcomer accumulates experience.
